Late Night Snacking

For many years I have been prone to late night snacking, usually involving crisps or peanuts. Both highly calorific and totally unhealthy, especially when one packet becomes two, three or even more. Terry was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot believe the immediate impact his sessions have had on my behaviour.  I no longer feel the urge to binge on snacks and have become much more disciplined with my eating.
