How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Every person is different, and therapy is always tailored to you.
From the very first session, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how your mind works and how change happens. Many people begin to notice positive shifts within the first few weeks as anxiety reduces and clarity increases.
A typical course of therapy is around 6–12 sessions, although this can vary. Some people need fewer; others choose to continue a little longer depending on their goals and circumstances.
Certain issues, such as smoking or simple phobias, can sometimes be resolved more quickly — often within a small number of focused sessions. More complex or long-standing patterns may benefit from a slightly longer course to ensure lasting change.
My aim is not to keep you in therapy indefinitely. It is to help you reach a place where you feel calm, confident and back in control — with the tools to maintain that progress independently.
Does It Work Online?
Yes — online hypnotherapy works extremely well.
In fact, many clients prefer it. Being in your own familiar environment can help you relax more deeply, and the experience is just as focused and effective as working together in person.
Online sessions have been used successfully for many years. All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection and a comfortable chair or sofa. From there, the process is seamless.
Many people are pleasantly surprised by how natural and powerful online hypnotherapy feels — and appreciate the flexibility and convenience it offers.
How Does Online Hypnotherapy Work?
Online sessions work in exactly the same way as face-to-face appointments — the only difference is that we meet via Zoom.
Before your session, you’ll receive a secure link. All you need is a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed, a stable internet connection, and somewhere comfortable to sit. For the hypnosis portion, you may prefer to recline slightly, but this isn’t essential.
Many clients find online sessions just as effective — and often even more relaxing — because they are in the comfort of their own home. It also removes travel time and allows greater flexibility around busy schedules.
The process remains structured, supportive and completely confidential — simply delivered in a more convenient way.
How Much Does it Cost?
Sessions are £90 per hour. Stop Smoking/Vaping sessions which are around 90-120 minutes are £190. Payment is required in advance of the appointment and cancellations on the day of treatment are non-refundable.
